We provide a variety of facilities and services including cardio equipment, resistance equipment, free weights area, personal training and sports massage therapy. And with a new studio room providing group exercise classes for the first time at the location - including pilates, spinning, "Golden Fitness" and various ladies only classes - plus additional services such as sport massage therapy, it has become a fitness club for everyone.

We also have lots of fun activities planned for throughout the year from friendly club competitions and charity activities to club social events and with both Gym and Classes only memberships offered and no joining fee to pay now is the perfect time to come down and meet us.
