An excellent traditional, two bar community pub with quiz nights, darts, a selection of books for customers to read. It is a meeting place for local groups of all kinds. There are no gaming machines or music. Recently improvements to the garden have included demolishing the long disused outside toilets & store to provide space for a new pagoda. Food now available lunchtimes with four Adnams beers plus a guest ale.
