Our beef is all dry aged for a minimum of 30 days and all of our Lobsters are caught and sourced straight out of the Felixstowe sea using local fishermen.

Our head chef comes from a 5 star cooking background and is passionate about producing high end quality food using locally sourced produce. All of our sauces are created in house as well as beautiful homemade desserts.
