Myself 2 grandchildren our dog and my wife visited the restaurant yesterday for a quick small lunch snack and a coffee. However we were not prepared for the lack of service provided over an hour later for 4 snack fried meals is not acceptable and another 20 minutes for some ice cream for the kids. Being a chef manager for 43 years I have never witnessed such poor customer service in my career there is obviously a lack of knowledge communication and management experience present in the background area. We enjoyed the food when it eventually arrived 1&1/2 hours later but it wasn’t a very enjoyable experience with young children to keep amused and behaved and a dog to keep quiet. I’m afraid I will not be returning to the restaurant and cannot recommend it to anyone else that I know or have worked with.table 27 order placed 13 50 &food served 15 10 thanks
